摘要
汽车排气系统是汽车动力总成的重要组成部分,对汽车的振动、噪声和污染物的排放有着直接的影响,特别是影响轿车的乘坐舒适性。本文利用3D软件建立某轿车排气系统几何模型,在CAE软件hyperworks中进行参数设置、求解,完成了排气系统的安装模态分析。通过各阶频率值,分析其固有频率与发动机怠速和经济转速下激振频率之间的关系,分析结果为结构设计及优化提供依据。
Automobile exhaust system is an important component of the automotive power train,and the vibration,noise and emissions of pollutants can be influenced directly,especially in the riding comfort of a passenger car.In this paper,the ge-ometric model is established by using 3D software,in the CAE software hyperworks parameter is setted,and then solved,in the end the installation modal of exhaust system is analyzed.Through the analysis of each order frequencyˊs values,it concludes that its natural frequency is far away from the engineˊs incentives,and can be very good to avoid the resonance,and the re-sults of analysis can provide basis for structural design or follow-up the optimization.
