Agro-product quality and safety is come out not only from production but also from supervision,the goal to con-struct agro-product quality and safety management system is to ensure the quality and safety of agro-products.Therefore,the con-struction of agro-product quality and safety management system shall base on the principle that“make plans scientifically,lay out rationally,technology comes first,be impartial to people”to improve the service capacity of agro-product quality and safety man-agement system.
