钳工实习教学模式研究

Research on Fitter Practice Teaching Mode

钳工实习是机械类专业的重要实训教学内容之一。长期以来,钳工实习教学让学生感觉枯燥乏味,加之钳工是以手工操作为主、劳动强度大的工种,所以学生对钳工实习望而却步。对实习计划、工艺分析、教师示范以及巡回指导、课后总结等教学过程和方法进行了一些探索和改进,使得实习教学效果、学生的实践操作能力都得到较大幅度提升。

The fitter practice is one of the important practice teaching content of mechanical engineering in our school. For a long time,fitter practice teaching always makes students feel boring.And students feel horrible for intensive working and labor.This paper tries to explore and improve internship program,process analysis,demonstration as well as the tour guide,af-ter-school summary,which has greatly enhanced teaching effect,and the practice ability of students.
