摘要
心理健康教育课程是高校实施心理健康教育的有效途径,它是以课程教学为主渠道的心理健康教育活动。目前,心理健康教育课程在理论研究和实践操作上都存在着观念、认识上的误区与偏差,为此,在实践工作中,可从课程目标、课程内容、教学方法和教学条件等四个方面为高校心理健康教育课程体系的构建和改革提供保障。
The mental health education course is an effective way to implement mental health education in colleges and universities,and it was based on the teaching as the main channel of the mental health education activities.At present,error and deviation of idea and understanding exist in theoretical research and practical operation of mental health education curriculum.Therefore,in practical work,it can provide safeguard for the construction and reform of college mental health education curriculum system in the curriculum goal,curriculum content,teaching method and teaching conditions and so on.
