农业现代化作为建设社会主义新农村的重中之重,其发展离不开高素质农民。大力培育新型职业农民关系着新时期农民自身的全面发展和社会主义新农村建设的顺利进行。
The agricultural modernization as the pinnacle of the construction of socialist new countryside,the develop-ment cannot leave the high quality of farmers.Fostering new professional farmers is closely related to farmers themselves in the new period of all-round development and the construction of new socialist countryside.
