Construction of concrete in winter greatly affect concrete performance and quality accidents are often caused by non-load,which greatly affect the safety of structure.Therefore,in order to solve concrete construction problem in winter,it should firstly study the influence on concrete performance in low temperature circumstance,and then take preventive mea-sures from material choice,concrete production and preparation,construction maintenance and so on,which has significant meaning on engineering construction.
