高职化工实训基地建设的研究

化工生产的高危性,使得化工类实训基地建设更为重要。本文以南京科技职业学院为例,分析了实训基地建设的重要性、社会认识、政策支持和学院的重视等情况,得出了实训基地的建设既能满足校内学生的实习要求,也为其他高校学生提供实习场所;提高了教师的"双师型"素质;充分发挥了科研辐射功能。

The high- risk of Chemical Industry made the construction of Chemical Practical Training Base more important. Taking Nanjing College of Chemical Technology as an example, we analyzed the importance, social cognition, policy support and college attention of the construction of Practical Training Base. The construction of Practical Training Base can meet intramural students＇ practice needs, offer practice place for the other university students, improve the quality of teachers with double type and bring the radiating function of scientific research into full play.
