摘要
利用生物粘合的方法,在玻璃纤维(GF)表面复合导电炭黑(CB),制备出具有特殊"根-须"结构的纤维复合材料。再以尼龙(PA)为基体,采用挤出-注塑的方法,将PA和纤维复合材料共混,制备出PA/GF/CB三元复合材料。通过对复合材料的表面形态、电学性能、力学性能的分析研究,发现此种新型三元复合材料在CB添加量很低时也能具备抗静电效果,同时力学性能十分优异。
Used the method of biological adhesion, conductive carbon black was compounded to the surface of the glass fiber to prepare a special " root-shall" fiber composite structures. Extrusion-injection molding method, PA/GF/CB ternary composite was prepared. The composite's surface morphology, electrical properties and mechanical prepared was analysised, it was found that the novel ternary composite had antistatic effect even when carbon black was very low at the time, while mechanical performance was excellent.
