摘要
鉴于变模温技术可以改善充填性能的特点,利用Moldflow软件对变模温条件下的微结构制品进行了充填和保压分析,并利用正交实验法研究了工艺参数对塑件微结构充填率的影响。实验结果表明:在变模温条件下,流动速率仍是决定因素,模具温度的影响程度有所提高,模具温度并不是越高越好,而是存在一个最佳值。随着离浇口距离越来越远,熔体温度、加热时间、注射压力和保压时间等因素对微结构充填率的影响程度在渐渐增加。
According to the characteristics of variotherm technology which could improve the filling performance, the filling and packing of the mierostructure products were analyzed based on variotherm condition and Moldflow, the influence of the process parameters on microstrueture filling rate was studied based on the method of orthogonal experiment. The experimental results showed that flow rate was still a determining factor, the influence degree of mold temperature was improved under the condition of variotherm injection molding, mold temperature was not the higher the better, but there was a optimal value. As the distance from gate became further, the influence degree of the melt temperature, heating time and injection pressure and packing time on the mierostrueture filling rate increased gradually.
