摘要
将滑石粉与羧酸金属盐成核剂复配用于抗冲共聚聚丙烯的改性,分析了滑石粉质量分数及复合成核剂总添加量对PP力学性能及结晶性能的影响;用DMA测量样品的动态力学性能并对参数进行分析,得出PP共混体系温度与损耗因子及储能模量的关系。结果表明:在复合成核剂添加量为0.4%~0.45%,其中滑石粉质量分数为80%~85.7%时,样品的综合性能最好。
Impact copolymer polypropylene was blended with talcum and carboxylate compound nucleating agent, the influence of talcum mass fraction and the nucleating agent total adding amount on mechanical and crystallization properties of PP were analyzed. The polymer parameter of dynamic mechanical properties was measured by DMA, and the relationship between temperature and loss factor and storage modulus were obtained. The results showed that when the adding amount of nucleating agent was (4000 - 4500) × 10^-6, and the mass fraction of Talcum was 80% ~ 85.7% , the comprehensive performance of the sample was the best.
