摘要
建立PVC木塑单螺杆挤出机熔融段流道的三维模型,使用FLUENT模拟PVC木塑复合材料在熔融段流道内的流动、传热和熔融过程,模拟分为考虑黏性耗散热和不考虑黏性耗散热2种情况。通过分析模拟结果,得到物料的熔融过程以及流道内各流场的变化过程,对比模拟的2种情况,得到流体黏性耗散热占流场总能量的百分比。
Established the three-dimension model of PVC wood-plastic single-screw extruder melting section flow channel and used FLUENT to simulate the flow, heat transfer and melting process of PVC wood-plastic composite in the flow channel. The simulation could be divided into two cases, including taking the viscous heating into account or not. Through analyzing the simulation result,the melting process and the flow field change was got. Comparing the two cases, the percentage of fluid viscous dissipation heating accounting for the total energy of the flow field was got.
