高职院校学生校园伤害及应对措施的研究

近年来高职学生校园伤害事故逐年呈上升趋势,大学生在校期间,或在学校组织外出的各类活动,包括校外实习实训、顶岗实习期间,受到意外伤害,甚至导致学生死亡,家长要求学校或致害人承担赔偿责任的事件履履出现。这种事故的不断发生对学校的教学、管理等造成重大影响,对正常教学秩序和管理秩序造成冲击。因此,加强对校园伤害事故及其责任主体、责任归责原则的研究,探索其产生的原因和应对措施,势在必行。

Campus injury accidents of higher vocational college students have increased year by year. The events of accidental damage and death occurred when the students were at college doing activities of out-of- school practice and in-post practice, and then their parents would require schools or persons responsible for the injury to take responsibility, which will have great influence on teaching and management. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the campus injury accidents, its responsible subject and doctrine of the liability so as to explore the causes and provide the countermeasures.
