大众化教育背景下大学和院系文化建设的思考

A Few Thoughts on University and Department Culture Construction under the Background of General Education

高等教育大众化在满足更多人接受教育机会的同时,也给各高校带来诸多新问题和新矛盾,如大学文化与办学规模不相适应和良好的院系文化尚未形成等问题,致使大学文化和院系文化的育人功能与大众化教育的新常态不相适应。吉林化工学院资源与环境工程学院领导班子积极思考和探索,提出"倡导情真梦远,崇尚真才实学"的主题文化建设以及与之互动的教风和学风建设,促进教学院全面健康发展。

The popularization of higher education brought more people opportunities to receive higher education as well as new problems such as the incoordination of university culture and the scale, the lack of good and complete department culture which had led to the inadaptation between the educational function of university culture and current situation of general education. Based on this, the leadership members of Resources and Environment Engineering school put forward the theme of cultural construction and the construction of the teaching and study style so as to promote the development of colleges.
