浅议理想师生关系的构建策略

A Preliminary Analysis on Strategies of Building an Ideal Teacher-Student Relationship

影响教育实施效果的因素是多方面的,尽管师生关系的建立受到多种因素的制约,但就教育内部而言,建立良好师生关系更重要的在于教师的主导作用。本文探讨了在建立理想师生关系中,教师可构建的有效策略。一方面,教师要尽量了解学生,理解学生的行为方式和思想过程;同时,作为教育工作者,教师要树立正确的学生观;另一方面,教师要努力提高个人修养。

It is true that many factors would affect education. Although the establishment of the relationship between teachers and students will be defined by many factors, good teacher-student relationship, however, is mostly determined by teachers. So this paper discusses the effective strategies used by teachers in building an ideal teacher-student relationship. On the one hand, teachers are supposed to know the students＇ modes of act and thinking and help them to build correct students＇ viewpoints;on the other hand, teachers should improve themselves.
