摘要
在专业技术职务聘任制度之前,我国在职称管理方面存在这样或那样状况的核心原因是没有真正的回归职称的本来"面目",没有理清"职称"与"职务"的关系。自国家改革职称评定,实施专业技术职务聘任制度以来,在具体的实施过程中,专业技术职务聘任模式随着职称改革的不断深入随之又产生了不同的形式。
Before the implementation of professional posts appointment system, there were many problems in the management of the professional titles in China. The main reason is that we did not fully understand the real meaning of the professional titles and misunderstood the relationship between .professional titles and their duties. Since the national reform of the appointment system and the evaluation of the professional titles, the appointment modes of professional posts have been revealed in different forms.
