加热温度和冷却速率对取向硅钢组织和织构的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Heating Temperature and Cooling Rate on Microstructure and Texture of Oriented Silicon Steel

摘要 在实验室条件下,参照冶炼浇注和直接轧制工艺试制了含0.2%Cu的Fe-3.0%Si钢,分析了1200℃和1150℃加热温度以及轧后不同冷却方式对热轧过程的金相组织和织构的影响。结果表明:加热温度1200℃,轧后雾冷能更好地保存热轧过程的组织和织构梯度,具有更高的高斯织构含量。研究结果能为后续使用冷轧工艺生产高性能取向硅钢提供基础。 By reference to smelting casting and direct rolling process, Fe-3.0%Si steel with 0.2% Cu was trial-produced under the laboratory conditions. The influences of heating temperature at 1150℃ and 1200℃, as well as different cooling methods after rolling on microstructure and texture in hot rolling process were analyzed. The results show that heating temperatttre at 1200℃ and fog cooling after rolling can better preserve the gradient of microstructure and texture in hot rolling process and it contains higher content of Goss texture. The research results can provide basis for high property oriented steel produced by using cold rolling process in future.
