摘要
以1100铝合金为研究对象,分别分析了其精炼、变质、铸轧、热处理后的组织变化及拉伸性能。研究结果表明:铝液经熔炼和三次精炼后才能将铝熔体处理的相对干净;变质和热处理后,组织得到细化;冷轧后,板带出现加工硬化,强度提高,但伸长率略有降低。
Taking 1100 Al alloy as research object, the microstructure and properties of the alloys after refining process, modification, roll-casting, and heat treatment were studied respectively. The results show that the molten aluminum can be relatively cleaner by smelting and three times' refining. Finer microstructure can be achieved by modification and heat treatment process. After cold rolling, the plate is strengthened, but the ductility becomes lower.
