摘要
制备了不同合金元素V含量的镁基干电池用Mg-Al-Zn-V合金,测试和分析了它们的显微组织、物相组成、耐腐蚀性能和放电性能。结果表明:加入合金元素V能细化晶粒,提高合金的耐腐蚀性能和放电性能;V的含量优选为0.3wt%。
The Mg-Al-Zn-V alloys with different alloying element V contents for magnesium-based battery were prepared. The microstructure, phase composition, corrosion resistance and discharge properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that adding alloying element V can refine the grain, improve the corrosion resistance and discharge properties. The optimized V content is 0.3wt%.
