摘要
某型风电轮毂铸件要求铸态抗拉强度370MPa,-40℃低温冲击功单个不低于7J、平均不低于10J,布氏硬度为130-180H/3S。通过将Si控制在2.0%-2.1%,Mn控制在0O.15%以下,复合稀土球化剂1.2%,高钙钡孕育剂冲人0.8%,含Bi瞬时孕育剂为0.2%,从及严格控制原材料尤其废钢中的过冷化元素,并将浇铸总时间控制在1000S以内,最终生产出合格率达96%以2上的成品铸件。
A type of wind turbine hub castings require that as cast tensile strength is equal or greater than 370MPa, low temperature impact power at -40℃ is no less than 7 J (single sample) and no less than 10 J (average value), and Brinell hardness is130-180 HBS. Controlling Si in 2.0%-2.1%, Mn below 0.15%, when composite rare earth nodulizer wasl.2%, 0.8% high calcium barium was added, Bi containing instantaneous inoculation was 0.2% and strictly controlling raw materials especially the cooling elements in scrap steel, and controlling the casting time in less than 1000 s, the finished castings of qualified rate more than 96% were finally produced.
