Casting Process Optimization of One Type Diesel Engine Body Main Oil Duct

通过对某型柴油机机身主油道渗漏原因进行分析,改进了主油道铸造方式,取消芯撑,设计专用芯骨,提高了主油道刚性。结果表明,通过铸造工艺优化,彻底解决了该型柴油机机身主油道渗漏问题,提高了铸件质量。

By analysis of the reasons for main oil duct leakage in a certain type of diesel engine body, the casting process of main oil duct was improved by canceling chaplet and using special core bar. Then, the rigid of the main oil duct improves. The results show that the main oil duct leakage has been completely solved after optimizing the casting process. Then, the quality of the body improves.
