Zr-4合金管材轧制折叠形成模型的研究

摘要 利用电镜对Zr-4合金成品管材和准17.78 mm×2 mm管坯内表面缺陷形貌以及成品管材缺陷掰开面进行了观察,并建立了Zr-4合金成品管材折叠形成的模型。结果表明:成品管材内表面缺陷为折叠,这是由于管坯内表面存在缺陷在后续的轧制过程中导致折叠产生。经验证,建立的Zr-4合金管材折叠模型与试验结果一致,可对生产起到一定的指导作用。 The morphologies in inner surface and broke surface of the finished pipe and tube blank for Zr-4 alloy were observed by using electron microscope. And the fold forming model of the finished pipe for Zr-4 alloy was established. The results show that the inner surface defects of finished pipe are fold. This is due to defects in the inner surface of tube blank leading to folding in the subsequent rolling process. Through verification, the established Zr-4 alloy tube folding model is consistent with the experimental results,which can give some guidance to production.
