摘要
为了研究高体积分数Si Cp/Al复合材料用钎料,采用Al-15Cu-8.5Si-4Ni-1.5Mg和Al-20Cu-12.5Si-2Ni-1.5Mg两种粉末钎料对体积分数为70%的Si C颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行真空钎焊。采用SEM、EDS和XRD对接头微观组织、剪切断口形貌和成分进行了检测分析。结果表明,Al-15Cu-8.5Si-4Ni-1.5Mg钎料的润湿性较好,高温流动性较好,原钎料粉末中的气体在保温过程中逸出,形成冶金结合良好、孔隙较少的焊缝。对钎焊接头进行了剪切试验,最高剪切强度为49.7 MPa,断裂方式为脆性断裂。
The brazing of 70%SiCp/Al composite using Al-15Cu-8.5Si-4Ni-1.5Mg andAl-20Cu-12.5Si-2Ni-1.5Mg was investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used to characterize the microstructure of the brazing joints and the fracture surface. X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the phase. The results show thatAl-15Cu-8.5Si-4Ni-1.5Mg filler has better wettability and high temperature fluidity. Gas in the filler metal powder has escaped during the temperature keeping period. There are a few pores in the welded joints. Welds were submitted to shear test. The maximum shear strength is 49.7 MPa. The fracture mode is brittle fracture.
