摘要
以A1Si5焊丝作为填充金属,采用CMT焊接对6061铝合金和TC4钛合金实现焊接;通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和万能试验机研究了6061/TC4焊接接头组织和性能。研究表明,采用铝合金在下,钛合金在上搭接时有利于焊接接头性能的提高。6061/TC4焊接接头分为焊缝金属与铝合金界面和焊缝金属与钛合金界面。随着送丝速度增加.6061/TC4焊接接头抗拉强度增加,断裂位置由焊缝金属与钛合金界面转移至焊缝金属与铝合金界面。
6061 Al alloy and TC4 Ti alloy was welded by cold metal transfer using AlSi5 wire as filler metal. The microstructure and properties of 6061/TC4 welded joints was studied by metallographic microscope, SEM, EDS and universal testing machine. The results show that when the Ti sheet is placed on the top of Al sheet, the good properties of the joints are presented. The 6061/TC4 welded joint is composed of interface of weld metal/Ti alloy and weld metal/Al alloy. With the increase of filling rate, the tensile strength of 6061/TC4 welded joints increases. The fracture location changes from the interface of weld metal/Ti alloy to the interface of weld metal/Al alloy.
