基于PLC的丝级电渣焊焊丝摆动系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前国内比较陈旧的电渣焊焊接设备,根据焊接生产现场环境和焊接工艺的要求,首先设计了电渣焊焊机的硬件系统,再设计了自动控制系统的控制流程,以PLC控制单元为核心,结合变频调速和温度传感技术对焊丝摆动行程往返点停留时间的实时调节进行了研究。而摆动停留时间实时调节基于熔渣温度的闭环负反馈,采用通用的PID算法来实现。最后,本文对程序设计的流程进行了详细说明,并给出了部分PLC程序。通过相关改造,焊接系统的结构得到了简化,提高了控制的可靠性和精度。应用实践表明,所设计的焊丝摆动系统对焊丝往返点停留时间的调节精度达到10 ms,实现了对焊丝在摆动往返点的停留时间的高精度连续调节。 Based on the current domestic older electroslag welding equipment, according to the production field environment and welding process requirements, firstly, the automatic control system of eleetroslag welding program overall hardware was designed. With PLC controller, frequency controller and temperature sensing technology, a real-time adjustment of wire swing dwell time was studied. Swing dwell time real-time adjustment was negative feedback loop slag temperature, using a common PID algorithm. Finally, the program design process was described, and the part of the PLC program was given. System structure was simplified, which can improve the reliability and accuracy of the control. The practical application shows that the system is designed to stay wire swing time adjustment accuracy with lOms, and the realization of the wire dwell time with precision adjusting continuously is achieved.
