摘要 WH80Q钢已被逐步用于大型工程机械、船舶等产品中。由于某些部件在制造过程中,只允许在常温下进行施焊,而其冷焊过程中非常容易生产裂纹,影响产品质量。本文在对某部件施焊后出现裂纹这一实例的基础上,提出了一种新的工艺方法及合理的技术参数,并通过实际焊接运作,证明其具有较好的效果。 WHSOQ steel was used for large engineering machinery, ships, and other products, for some parts in the manufacturing process, were constrained by design performance and technological factors, only allowed at room temperature for welding, and the cold welding process, very easy to produce cold crack, affect the quality of the product. Now, the awareness of the material is less. On the basis of the crack of components appearing in the welds, a new method and reasonable technical parameters were proposed by actual welding operation, which is proved to have good effect.
