Study on the Development Strategy of University Pre-incubator under the Perspective of System Theory

在分析高校"前孵化器"的内涵与特点以及国内外发展现状的基础上,基于系统理论的视角,从孵化平台、高校以及政府三个层面提出促进高校"前孵化器"发展的对策建议,以期形成组织有力、管理科学、服务完善的高层次人才型高校"前孵化器"建设格局。

This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the university pre - incubator and its domestic and for- eign present situation. Based on the perspective of system theory, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and sug- gestions to promote the development of university pre - incubator from three aspects： incubation platform, university and government. The purpose of this study is to form the construction pattern of the university pre - incubator with strong organi- zation, scientific management and perfect service.
