川百止痒洗剂治疗肛门湿疹30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of anal eczema treated with Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion

目的观察川百止痒洗剂治疗肛门湿疹的临床疗效。方法 60例肛门湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予川百止痒洗剂坐浴、外涂,每日1次;对照组予复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏外涂,每日1次。2组疗程均为2周,观察患者治疗前后皮损消退和症状变化,比较2组治疗前后皮损严重程度评分、瘙痒程度评分及受损面积评分的变化,观察2组临床总疗效。结果除对照组患者苔藓样变积分外,2组患者治疗后皮损严重程度、瘙痒程度、受损面积各项指标评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后2组间各项指标评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为76.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川百止痒洗剂外用治疗肛门湿疹有效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion for the treatment of anal eczema. Methods 60 patients with anal eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the treatment group was given Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion with hip bath and external application once a day; the control group was given Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream externally once a day. The treatment courses were 2 weeks in both groups. The lesions subsided and the change of symptoms of both groups were observed, the scores of lesions subsided, itching and lesion area of two groups were compared before and after the treatment. The total effectiveness was also observed. Results Except the scores of lichenification in the patients of control group, the scores of lesions subsided, itching and lesion area of two groups were reduced after the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05） ; there was statistical significance in the difference of scores between the two, groups after the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group , and 76. 67% in the control group. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after the treatment（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion can be effective in the treatment of anal eczema.
