This paper analyzes the advantages, opportunities and challenges of agricultural producers＇cooperative operating electronic commerce platform of fresh agricultural products, points out its important significance. On this basis, this paper analyzes the mechanism of cooperatives from system design to the concrete operational level, at the same time, advises that local governments should bring advantages into play to provide forceful measures and create a good development environment for agricultural producers＂ cooperatives when they operate electronic commerce platform of fresh agricultural products.
