Research on Project Resources Optimization Modeling Based on Service-embedded Manufacturing

伴随经济的发展,制造企业向服务型制造转变已成为必然的趋势,为更好的优化配置服务型制造企业的项目资源,提出结合服务型制造的特点和原理,以资源和时间作为决策变量进行项目资源优化模型构建,针对建立的资源优化模型,利用摹矩阵对建立的模型进行求解,并结合实例编写程序进行模型验证,证明模型的正确性和可行性。

With the development of economy, manufacturing industry being transformed to service - embedded manufactur- ing industry has become the inevitable trend. In order to better optimize the project resources of service - embedded manu- facturing enterprise, the paper proposes the combination of features and principles of service - embedded manufacturing. With resources and time as decision variables of the optimization model of construction project resource, the paper solves the model by using the modi - matrix, combined with the example of model validation program. The result verifies the cor- rectness and feasibility of the model.
