摘要
以某歧管式催化转化器为例,总结了其结构设计过程,利用CFD分析评价了内部速度流线、压力损失和载体端面气流均匀性等关键指标;在流场分布满足条件的情况下,通过模态分析验证了主支架结构的合理性。
Taking a manifold catalytic converter as sample,the process of its structure design was summarized,some key indexes such as velocity streamline,pressure loss and flow uniformity of carrier section were evaluated through CFD analysis. In case of flow field distribution satisfied condition,the rationality of main support was verified by modal analysis.
