摘要
利用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术对自动变速器喷油管内部流场进行仿真分析,通过建立合理的物理模型,得出了管内压力分布云图、速度矢量图、各个出口流量分布等。仿真结果与试验结果误差在10%左右,为喷油管的设计、优化提供了依据。
Internal flow field simulation analysis for DCT's spray bar was made by using computational fluid dynamics( CFD) technology. Accurate simulation model was created,the results of internal pression distribution,speed vector diagram and flow distribution of each outlets were gotten. The error between simulation results and test results was controlled about 10%. The analysis can support the design and optimization of spray bar.
