摘要
对某型号变速器壳体应力进行了仿真分析与验证。根据变速器壳体在各挡位条件下的载荷特性建立仿真分析模型,考虑变速器内轴承载荷对壳体受力的影响,确定壳体的应力情况。通过电阻应变测量方法对仿真分析结果进行验证,仿真值与试验值基本吻合,且整体变化趋势保持一致,证明变速器壳体应力的仿真分析结果符合实际情况。
The stress simulation and verification for a type of transmission housing were done. The simulation model was built according to load properties under different gear conditions,and considering the influence of bearing loads to the housing stress,the stress distribution on transmission housing was confirmed. The analysis results were verified with the resistance strain measurement method. It is shown the test results coincide with the simulation and their whole change trends are almost the same. It is proved the transmission housing simulation results accord with the actual working situation.
