摘要
为了得到影响钛白副产绿矾中二氧化钛含量的因素,对硫酸法钛白中钛和铁分离所经历的每个阶段中绿矾中二氧化钛含量进行了研究。结果表明:沉降钛液经过滤后结晶的绿矾中二氧化钛含量明显低于未过滤钛液绿矾中二氧化钛含量,平均低0.12%;随着真空结晶时搅拌转速从0增加至230 r/min时,绿矾中二氧化钛质量分数从1.49%降至0.75%;转台真空过滤时减少一洗洗水量,增加二洗洗水量可以降低绿矾中二氧化钛含量。
In order to obtain the influence factors of TiO2 content in copperas (FeSO4.7H20), TiO2 contents in FeSO4.7H:O in each stage of the separation of titanium and iron in TiO2 production by sulfuric acid method have been studied in the article. The results showed that TiO2 content of FeSO4.7H20 in TiOSO4 solution after filtering was obviously lower than that of unfil- tered TiOSO4,average 0.12% lower;With the increase of agitation speed from 0 to 230 r/min,TiO2 mass fraction of FeSO4· 7H2O decreased from 1.49% to 0.75% gradually ;When decreasing first wash water and increasing second wash water at washing FeSO4· 7H2O using rotary table filter, could reduce TiO2 content in FeSO4·7H2O.
