摘要
氟化钾作为含氟药物生产过程中的氟化剂参与反应,反应后产生的氯化钾中含有2%~30%(质量分数)左右的氟化钾。重点研究了副产的含钾化合物制备氟硼酸钾的工艺方法,剖析了含氟药物中间体副产钾化合物高效利用的方法。通过该方法解决了制约含氟药物中间体发展的瓶颈,达到了药物中间体生产过程中的清洁生产。该工艺具有生产成本低、产品质量好、工艺合理、环境污染小等优点,可进一步推动氟化工产业发展。
In the production of fluorine-containing drugs,as the fluridizer,potassium fluoride participated in the reaction. There was about 2%-30% (mass fraction) potassium fluoride in the generated potassium chloride after the reaction.The preparation process of potassium fluoborate from the by-produced potassium compounds and their high efficient using ways were studied emphatically.The development bottleneck of fluorinated drug intermediates was solved, and clean production could be realized.This technology had many advantages,such as low production cost,good product quality,reasonable process, and small environment pollution, which could promote the further development of fluorine chemical industry.
