摘要
大数据金融已成为社会热点问题,对传统金融行业产生了强烈冲击。为了实现金融大数据的二次增值、优化内部管理、客户服务和支持产品创新,本文以价值链理论为指导,通过分析金融大数据特征和延伸传统数据价值链,构建了基于金融大数据价值链网络的数据价值链模型,建立了包括服务对象、服务内容、服务模式、管理模式和服务质量的服务体系来支持金融大数据超市的高质量运营。最后,本文研究建立了金融大数据超市的架构。
Big Data Financial has become a social hot issue, and had a strong impact on the traditional finan- cial industry. In order to achieve the financial big data value for a second time, optimize internal management, customer service and support product innovation, guided by the theory of value chain, a fmaneial big data value chain model is built by analyzing the financial big data features and an extension of traditional data value chain. The service system is established to support supermarket quality management, including the service ob- jects, service content, service model, management model and service quality, and fmally, The architecture of financial big data supermarket is established.
