产业结构调整下的劳动收入份额提升路径

The Research on Promotion Path of China's labor income share from the Perspective of Industry Level

当前中国处于结构转型期,如果为了提高加总劳动收入份额而忽视产业层面劳动收入份额,那么可能导致错误的、阻碍产业结构升级的政策干预。本文利用改进的Gollin修正方法测算出中国劳动收入份额波动的适度区间,针对三大产业内劳动收入份额波动现状运用实证模型检验对劳动收入份额的影响程度。研究发现:劳动收入份额的下降取决于第二产业劳动收入份额的增加,预计在2020年和2025年第二产业增加值占比分别为43.89%和42.94%,劳动收入份额分别提升至52.48%和56.46%。因此,劳动收入份额的提升需要产业间的协调发展,并且需要在产业内处理好产业结构优化过程中的"规模经济"与"竞争"的难题,注重发展第三产业。

From the perspective of industry level, this paper discusses the three industry on labor income share. By establishing improved Gollin measure moderation interval of labor remuneration, this paper combines three industry＇ s labor income share fluctuation situation, then using empirical model examine the impact on the labor income share. It is founded that decreasing of total labor income share depends on the increasing of second industry labor income share. The added value of secondary industry accounted for 43. 89% and 42. 94% in 2020 and 2025, labor income share up to 52. 48% and 56. 46%. In order to improve labor income share, pay attention to coordinate development between industry, deal with the difficulty between scale economy and competition in the process of industrial structure optimization. Especially pay attention to the development of the third industry.
