社会矛盾化解视域下公民有序政治参与机制探析

The Exploring and Analysis of Citizen's Orderly Political Participation Mechanism In the Perspective of the Resolution of Social Conflicts

公民有序政治参与机制可以减少社会矛盾的产生、防止社会矛盾被激化、有助于社会矛盾化解;为了妥善化解社会矛盾,更好更快地促进我国经济社会发展,必须积极构建公民有序政治参与机制。社会矛盾化解视域下的公民有序政治参与机制,主要包括民主决策机制、民意整合机制、矛盾调解机制、危机应对机制、有效沟通机制五大机制。当前我国的社会矛盾还比较尖锐,必须积极构建公民有序政治参与机制,以更好地化解社会矛盾。公民有序政治参与机制的构建是一项系统工程,必须从构建科学合理的民主决策机制、民意整合机制、利益纠纷调解机制、突发事件应对机制以及政府与人民沟通机制五方面同时着手。

Citizen＇s orderly political participation mechanism may reduce the occurrence of social conflicts, prevent the flaring - up of social conflicts, and resolve the social conflicts. In order to properly resolve the social confliets, and accelerate the development of Chinese economy and society, we should establish citizen ＇s orderly political participation mechanism. At present, the condition of Chinese social conflicts is rigorous, we must establish citizen＇s orderly political participation mechanism to solve the social conflicts. The establishing of citizen＇s order ly political participation mechanism is a systematic project, we should build a scientific and reasonable democratic decision - making mechanism, public - opinion integrated mechanism, conflict mediation mechanism, crisis response mechanism and effective communication mechanism at the same time.
