摘要
为研究SBS改性沥青微观结构量化指标与沥青性质之间的关系,采用4种SBS改性剂、3种基质沥青、3种SBS改性剂掺量制备14组SBS改性沥青进行荧光显微镜取样观察,选择400倍荧光显微图像为研究对象,借助MALTAB图像处理功能、Auto CAD软件以及微积分思想提出一种SBS改性沥青微观结构中SBS溶胀直径计算的方法,即SBS在沥青中溶胀相互联结之后形成的网络状、棒状、云状等结构的平均直径;测试了14组SBS改性沥青的溶胀直径,结合荧光显微图像分析了SBS溶胀直径与SBS改性沥青路用性能指标之间的关系。研究认为SBS溶胀直径在2.4~2.6μm时具有较高的改性性能和均一稳定的微观溶胀状态,SBS溶胀直径可以更加全面地反映出SBS改性沥青的本质属性。
To investigate the relationship between microscopic quantitative index and SBS modified asphalt property, 14 groups of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt specimens with 4 kinds of SBS modifiers, 3 kinds of base asphalt and 3 dosages of SBS modifier are prepared for fluorescent microscopy observation. Taking the 400 times magnified fluorescence microscope images of SBS modified asphalt as the research object, a new method for calculating the SBS swelling diameter in asphalt microstructure is proposed by using MATLAB image processing function, AutoCAD software and calculus theory. The SBS average diameter swollen in asphalt were shown the shapes of network, rod-like and nebulous structures, etc. The relationship of SBS swelling diameter with road performance indexes of SBS modified asphalt is analyzed based on the measured swelling diameters of 14 groups of SBS asphalt and their fluorescence microscope images. The result shows that ( 1 ) the SBS swelling diameter within 2.4 - 2.6 μm has the better performance as well as a uniform microscopic swelling morphology than others; (2) SBS swelling diameter can reflect the nature property of SBS modified asphalt more comprehensively.
