交通信息网和电信网的融合架构及融合信息系统的技术评价 被引量:3

摘要 研究了交通信息网和电信网的融合架构,并从资源和技术层次、业务层次和服务层次分别提出了两网融合的实施策略。选择智能交通系统作为交通信息网与电信网的融合架构的应用对象,并相应地从技术和资源、业务、服务3个层次提出了融合架构在智能交通系统的实施策略。此外,综合考虑系统性能、用户满意度以及社会和组织影响,建立了全新的、指标完整的融合信息系统技术评价指标体系,采用解释结构模型方法对建立的指标体系雏形进行了证明,采用层次分析法为评价体系的指标确定权重,最后采用反向传播神经网络方法对建立的指标体系进行了修正,得到了交通信息网和通信网的融合信息系统的技术评价模型。 The convergence architecture of traffic information studied, and the implementation strategies of convergence the 2 network with telecommunications network is networks from resources and technical level, business level and service level are proposed. ITS is selected as the application object of the convergence architecture, and the implementation strategies of the convergence architecture in ITS is from the 3 levels are proposed correspondingly. In addition, considering the system performance, user satisfaction, and social and organizational effects together, a new and complete convergence information system technology evaluation index system is created, the index system prototype is proved with interpretative structural modelling (ISM) method, the weight of evaluation system index is assigned by analytic hierarchy process, and the established index system is modified using back propagation neural network (BPNN) method, and a convergence information system technology evaluation model of traffic information network with telecommunications network is proposed at last.
