中高温三元硝酸熔盐电导率的研究

Study on Electrical Conductivety of the Mixed Ternary Nirate Molten Salt at Intermediate and High Temperature

摘要 以NaNO2-KNO3-NaNO3熔盐体系中66组不同组分、不同温度下的电导率值为研究对象,采用固定电导池常数方法测定,并对测定结果进行Matlab软件拟合。拟合结果表明:影响电导率大小的最活泼因子为NaNO2,且NO2-的摩尔分数随温度的升高逐渐减少。拟合所得各温度下熔盐电导率等值图和整体分布图,为以后的熔盐结构研究、工业电解等提供理论依据。 The electrical conductivity of the molten salts of NaNO2-KNO3-NaNO3 ternary system with 66 different compositions is measured at different temperatures by using capillary cell with fixed cell constant. The contour maps and the overall distribution maps at each temperature are fitted by Matlab. The results show that the most active factor for electrical conductance is NaNO2 and NO2-decreases with increasing temperature, providing the theory basis for the molten salt structure research and industrial electrolysis, etc.
