电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定萤石中硫、铁、磷含量 被引量:3

Determination of Sulfur,Iron and Phosphorus in Fluorite by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 将样品经逆王水和溴水浸泡溶解、蒸干后,用硝酸溶解其中的盐类,再用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定萤石中硫、铁、磷的含量。测定结果显示,在选定条件下,硫的检出限为0.013μg/m L,铁的检出限为0.004μg/m L,磷的检出限为0.012μg/m L。分析萤石标准样品(YSB14796)测定值,并将测定值与实际样品(1号)进行精密度和回收率实验。分析和实验结果显示:萤石标准样品(YSB14796)测定值与参考值一致;硫、铁、磷精密度(RSD)均小于5.0%,加标回收率在97.0%~109.3%之间。 The sample was soaked and dissolved in reverse aqua regia and bromine water,and then evaporated to dryness. The salts were dissolved with nitrate. Then the contents of sulfur,iron and phosphorus in fluorite were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Under the selected conditions,the sulfur detection limit was 0.013 μg/m L,the iron detection limit was 0.004 μg/m L,the phosphorus detection limit was 0.012 μg/m L. The determination of standard material values consistent with the reference value. The contents of sulfur,iron and phosphorus in the standard sample(YSB14796)and the actual sample were analyzed,the precision(RSD)was less than 5%,the recovery of the spiked 97.0%~109.3%.
