分析了物料编码改造的原因,详细阐述了新物料编码的规则、物料编码切换涉及到的调整内容、物料编码切换所带来的影响,并提出了相应的改进建议。该物料编码的改造可以使公司更合理地利用现有资源,对不断变化的市场进行快速响应和果断决策。
This paper analyzes the reason of material code transformation,explores the rules of new material code,the content that are needed to adjust in material code transformation andthe effects of material code transformation,then gives the improvement proposals.The material code modification can make the company reasonably use existing resources, and rapidly response to changing markets and make decisive decisions.
