摘要
介绍宁钢2号高炉热风炉因隔墙砖发生坍塌导致低风温生产而带来的问题,并针对问题提出相应的技术操作措施,包括通过改进送风模式稳定风温水平,通过采取上、下部调剂相匹配的措施保证气流的稳定分布,通过调整进风口面积和炉顶压力维持一定的鼓风动能和理论燃烧温度,通过控制合适的炉温和炉渣碱度确保炉况稳定顺行。
Due to partition brick collapse, low temperature air production probllems of hot blast stove of No. 2BF in Ningbo steel are introduced. And in view of the problem, the corresponding technical and operational measures are put forward, including by improving the air supply mode to stabilize wind temperature, by adopting upper and lower dispensing matching measures to ensure the stability of airflow distribution, by adjusting the air inlet area and the top pressure to maintain drum pneumatic and theoretical combustion temperature, at the same time by controlling the appropriate temperature and slag basicity to ensure stable furnace condition.
