摘要
结合生产实践,就影响精炼脱硫效果的因素进行了探讨。通过探讨认为,转炉下渣、转炉终点碳、精炼渣系的选择、过程吹氩以及快速成渣工艺对精炼脱硫效果均有显著影响,应严格按照各钢种工艺条件控制转炉下渣和转炉终点碳、根据产品的特点选择精炼渣系、应用快速成渣技术。
In combination with production practice, factors affecting refining desulphurization effect are discussed in this paper. According to the discussion, the converter slag, converter end point carbon, the choice of the refining slag system, the process of blowing argon and rapid slagging process have significant impact on refining desulphurization effect. Converter slag and converter end point carbon should be controled in strict accordance with the various steel grade process conditions. The slag refining system should be choosen according to the characteristics of the product, applying rapid slagging technology.
