Aiming at damaged problems of continuous annealing line auxiliary recoiler hydraulic cylinder in Hangang west end cold rolling mill, this paper analyzes the damage reasons, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. After the improvement, the hydraulic cylinder operates smoothly. There never happens any damage problem of hydraulic cylinder, achieving the expected effect, and ensuring the smooth operation of continuous annealing line production in Hangang west end cold rolling mill.
