摘要
介绍了宝钢集团宝山钢铁股份有限公司在高炉原地大修中成功实施的热风炉保温控制技术的应用研究与系统开发,主要描述了高炉原地大修期间热风炉保温控制系统的构成,热风炉保温的三种工作状态、燃烧状态三个温度管理阶段及控制策略,重点分析了拱顶温度管理期控制与废气温度管理期控制。热风炉保温控制技术的成功应用,保障了热风炉保温材料的正常生命周期,减少了因大修带来的经济损失,提高了燃烧经济效益。
This paper introduces application research and system development of successful implementation of thermal control technology of hot blast stove in blast furnace in- situ overhaul in Baosteel Group Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., mainly describes the composition of hot blast stove insulation control system during blast furnace in- situ overhaul, three kinds of working state of thermal insulation of hot air stove, and three temperature management stages and control strategies of combustion state, analyses the arch temperature management control and exhaust gas temperature control. The successful application of thermal control technology in hot blast stove guarantees the normal life cycle of the thermal insulation material in hot blast stove, reduces economic consequences because of the overhaul, improves the economic benefit.
