Retrofit of Water-granulation Pump in Kivcet Furnace and Fuming Furnace

通过对基夫赛特炉、烟化炉冲渣水系统存在的问题及原因进行分析,针对冲渣水泵故障频率高、维修不方便、维修费用高等问题,将原先的立式长轴泵更换改为ZMW型自吸泵。该改造的实施减少了维修工作量、降低了维修费用,提高了系统作业率。

In view of the problem analysis of water-granulation pump which used in the granulation system of Kivcet furnace and fuming furnace and the frequent faults, inconvenient repair, highcost and impact on the production of Kivcet Furnace and fuming furnace, the vertical long shaft pump are replaced by the ZMW type self sucking pump. The work load and the cost of the repairs are reduced, the efficiency of operation is improved.
