摘要 通过对2 080 mm冷轧轧机中间辊CVC窜辊耦合锁紧机械结构工作原理的分析,结合现场窜辊锁紧销磨损情况,找出锁紧销磨损故障发生的主要原因,并提出预防锁紧销磨损发生的措施。该分析及措施对CVC窜辊装置的维护以及解体检查装配工作具有指导指导。 This paper focus on the structural characteristics of the Combine with the problems and failures of the clamping jaws that happened during production. Then reasonable solutions are proposed for this problem.This measures are good solution to failures of the system,to protecting the service life of associated equipment and preventing the major equipment accident. By the working principle analysis of mechanical structure in middle roller CVC shifting coupling locking of 2 080 mm cold rolling mill, combining with on-site shifting locking pin abrasion,this paper finds the main causes of locking pin wear-out failure, and puts forward measures to prevent locking pin wear.The analysis and the measures have guiding significance for the CVC roll device maintenance and disintegration check and assembly work.
