压电体表面电极圆形脱层屈曲仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 由压电材料层与金属电极组合的层状结构功能器件应用很广,但在工程应用时因受荷载作用此类层合结构很容易在层间界面出现脱层屈曲现象。为了研究脱层屈曲时的临界荷载、力电耦合效应对屈曲临界载荷的影响,为此类层状器件的设计提供参考,本文用ABAQUS对压电层表面金属层圆形脱层的屈曲问题进行有限元研究,并将有限元解与利用弹性稳定理论将圆形脱层简化成薄圆板在考虑简支和固支边界时的结果进行对比分析,用以说明有限元结果的正确性。 Devices of layered combination structure consisting of piezoelectric substrate and metal electrode are widely used in electric engineering. But, delaminate buckling of such layered structures may occur easily in the interface under the applied loading. In order to study critical delamination buckling load and the influence of the electromechanical coupling effect on the critical buckling load, and to provide a guidance for the design of such layered devices, the ABAQUS code was used to study the circular delamination buckling problem. Results of the finite element analysis are compared with those by the elastic stability theory of the simply supported and clamped circular delamination thin discs, and the correctness of the finite element analysis is verified.
