Comparing Contents of Total Flavonoids from Astragalus in Different Producing Areas

目的:比较不同产地、生长年限、生长环境黄芪中黄酮类物质的含量差异,并作为鉴别的一组辅助数据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法分析检测黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量,并进行比较研究。结果:不同产地的黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量存在明显区别。结论:不同生长环境对黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量影响较大,存在明显区别。

Objective ： To compare the different of flavonoids contents in radix astragali, and fixed number of years of the origin, growth, growth environment as a set of auxiliary data to identify. Methods ： Use high perform- ance liquid chromatography （HPLC） to detect astragalus calycosin - 7 - O - 13 - D - glucoside content, and to make a comparative study. Results ： In different regions, calycosin - 7 - O - β - D - glucoside contents had ob- vious differences. Conclusion ： In different growth environment, calycosin - 7 -O - β - D - glucoside content from astragalus have an obvious difference.
